These windows enable occupants to easily and safely evacuate the home during an emergency scenario and they also provide entrance to firefighters and other emergency personnel should they need to access the home. 

The Wellcraft 2062 Single Piece Window Well is a 5-Step unit made from durable polyethylene and is maintenance-free. This unit is designed for use with 3-foot wide casement windows.  If space is a concern for your project then this unit is designed with your situation in mind.
