ADA Domes are the ideal ADA-compliant tactile warning surfacing for pedestrians. These raised dome pads are placed in wet-set concrete and serve as an indicator to those with visual impairment that there might either be vehicle traffic, or a potentially hazardous elevation change nearby.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has required that government and businesses place Tactile warning pads like these at crosswalks, on bus and train platforms, at elevator and escalator entrances, and in other areas that might be hazardous for pedestrians.
These ADA pads are designed to be installed in wet-set concrete and after the concrete has cured the domed pads can be unscrewed from their base feet in the concrete making them replaceable and easy to maintain.
These are ADA-Compliant surfacing and are available in five colors depending on your application needs.
