The Septic Line Root Barrier is a rolled fabric that helps to protect your septic line from tree root damage. It accomplishes this by using a time released herbicide called Triflurallin to prevent the tree roots from growing in that direction. This herbicide does not adversely affect the tree, it only inhibits root growth in that particular direction.
This product can be used in both vertical and horizontal applications and also allows nutrients, air, and water to pass through the fabric, so as to not alter the soil hydrology.
