Truncated Dome Mats are the ideal ADA-compliant underfoot solution for pedestrian safety. Each mat is placed in-ground with wet set concrete. The feet of each mat are set in place, but the tile portion can be easily unscrewed and replaced as needed making them easy to replace.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires detectable warning devices to be installed in walkways and areas that might pose a hazard to an unaware pedestrian. These areas are commonly around crosswalks, near escalators and stairs, and other places by vehicle traffic or dramatic elevation changes.
These are ADA-Compliant and are offered five different colors depending on the project application.
