MFM SubSeal-40 & SubSeal-60 · Self-Adhering Sheet Membrane
A prefabricated peel-and-stick waterproofing membrane — rubberized asphalt adhesive laminated to a tough multi-layer cross-laminated film. Pull the liner, set the sheet, roll it down. It bonds to the substrate and self-seals around nails, staples, and screws, and unlike a spray-on coating it goes on at a uniform thickness every time.
Cover It Do not expose installed product to direct sunlight for more than 90 days — SubSeal must be protected from long-term exposure to ultra-violet light.
